Qira’at (recitations or readings) are the different linguistic, lexical, phonetic, morphological and syntactical forms permitted with reciting the Holy Quran. Generally there are three types of Qiraat which are followed by Qari’s and Huffaz in the recitation of Holy Quran.
Tarteel recitation means to recite the Holy Qur’an very slowly with a beautiful tone according to the rules of Tajweed.
Tadweer recitation means to recite the Holy Qur’an neither too slowly nor too speedy but to adopt the middle speed according to the rule of Tajweed.
This type of Qirat recited in Namaz e Taraweeh during the month of Ramadan according to the rules of Tajweed.
